Engineering Papers Track And Ride Quality Investigation - A detailed paper discussing the process involved in the award winning track assessment process. TARQUIN was originally developed for Route 12 of the West Coast Route Modernisation (WCRM) project. The process was later refined on the Route 7 element of the WCRM project. The custodians of TARQUIN are Dave Brooks and Iain Ellis.

This paper won the PWI's Presidents First Award 2004.

Dave has just submitted his latest engineering paper, on Level Crossing Profile Assessments: Introducing NAPIER, to the PWI - hopefully it shall appear in the January 2009 issue of their journal. A copy will be available to download from this site shortly after the publication of the PWI journal.
